You got to love going to order 35 dollars worth of food and asking for an ice water for your kid. Getting handed a bottle of water and when you say that’s not what you ordered and ask for the free ice water. The woman at the window to say they charged you for the free ice water what she charged for the bottle. Ok so now I have a bottle of water I didn’t want. So I take the bottle and toss it into the back of my car and the woman cops and attitude with you over what you do in your own vehicle. You sign the receipt and she tell you to leave that she will refund you because she’s on a power trip and has no customer service skills at all. I have been a customer here since it opened and if that’s the kind of people you are going to employ. I’ll never go there again. You used to be super busy and now you aren’t. Barley ever a line. It makes sense now why. Also the cup with water, the lid didn’t even fit and spilled all over my 5 year old. Hope you have the day you deserve lady
It was ok. Typical cheap Mexican food. Portions were nice though and the beans were good. Ingredients could have been better and onions and peppers could have been grilled longer to have some flavor in them (they were a bit raw). Staff was friendly though.
Rivas food quantity has been POOR, i.e., in getting extremely frugal on their Steak Burrito; it's almost all Rice & Beans now and hardly any meat at al!!!. I'm paying almost $12 for a Large BEAN and RICE Burrito instead of a STEAK Burrito???? This was the second time in recent weeks that I ordered this and now it's the same. Is there new management or owners? I'm not the only one who has seen a reduction in quality, others I talked to have said the same, the food that they normally ordered has gotten smaller.
RIVAS OWNER - ARE YOU AWARE OF THIS????? Others I talked to said they made complaints to the owner - No Change???
They charge more for a vegetarian breakfast burrito than a bacon breakfast burrito no bacon even though it’s the same thing; $11.70 (unreasonable) vs around $8 (reasonable). How can it cost more to get something without meat than with meat when the ingredients and size are the same? Pricing makes little to no sense there. Just depends on which employee you get. Some charge you a fee for using a card and some don’t.
The chicken is sometimes quite raw so I’d avoid it if possible.
The price of the vegetarian burrito at nearly $12 is so unreasonable that I think anyone considering this place should instead consider take out at a sit-down restaurant. Absolutely not worth the wait time either.
They will rip you off not the first time. I got this menu about 2 weeks ago haven't even looked at the food
Best in town!!
First time getting food from here and it was so good! Reasonable prices and they got my order right and didn't forget anything and great customer service. Our new favorite spot for Mexican food! Thank you guys, don't change please!
Would give a zero if I could, by far worst taco I’ve ever had. Was so crunchy I could have cut my mouth or broken a tooth and the taco that cost me 4$ was no bigger than a 50 cent taco from jack in the box. I also ordered carne fries And all the toppings were good the fries were undercooked and soggy
To the guy who said it was typical cheap Mexican food--- the question you have to ask yourself is---- can you get better tasting food from an American "Mexican" food joint like Taco Bell, for an equivalent, or better price.
There are several "cheap Mexican" food joints in this town, and I've eaten at most, if not all of them..... Even the cheapest, and "most typical" is infinitely better than Taco Bell.
It's a fast food establishment. As are all but 4 of the places in this town.
